East Nashville Homes For Sale

Search real estate in the East Nashville neighborhood

East Nashville Real EstateKnown as having an artsy, laid-back kind of vibe, East Nashville is a neighborhood that’s historic and full of local culture. There’s plenty of award-winning dining, lots of street art, and a great local music scene that helps compliment East Nashville’s thriving night life and entertainment venues. Pushed right up against the Cumberland River, East Nashville is still primarily a residential neighborhood, however, with many of its tree-lined streets featuring historic single-family homes and charming little bungalows that give the area an extra boost of character.

Depending on who you talk to, East Nashville’s boundaries tend to vary a bit, but most consider the general area to be wedged in between I-24 to the west, Highway 155 to the north, and the Cumberland River to the south and east. Despite the upscale curb appeal found all over the area, East Nashville homes for sale usually have reasonable purchase prices with few homes listed over $1 million here. Also keep in mind that East Nashville is dominated by single-family homes when considering this particular part of Music City, so if you’re looking for an attached living space, this may not be the perfect fit.
