A number of new master-planned neighborhoods have popped up around the Nashville area, as more and more homebuyers are lured in by the appeal of an amenity-rich lifestyle. These neighborhoods are often complimented by such desirable additions as swimming pools, fitness centers, area trails and green space.
Some of the area’s master-planned communities include Providence in Mt Juliet, StoneBridge in Lebanon and Hendersonville’s Millstone and Durham Farms. There are also new active adult communities such as Southern Springs.
One of the newest neighborhoods is Harvest Point, with home designs by Celebration Homes, Regent Homes, Lennar and The Jones Co. Right by a local middle school, the master-planned neighborhood provides space for hundreds of home sites, walking trails, community gardens, a dog park and a resort-style swimming pool.
Other master-planned neighborhoods tack on access to professional lifestyle directors, playgrounds, and the advantage of a true sense of community in the Nashville area.
