Much like the city of Nashville, a number of suburban communities throughout Middle Tennessee are also rapidly growing and expanding, and the region’s strong job and population growth should allow this trend to continue well into next year and beyond.
Earlier this summer, construction officially started for a new subdivision dubbed Waltons Grove, which will eventually bring 400 more single-family residences to the highly desirable suburb of Mt. Juliet.
Encompassing approximately 163 acres, the first three phases of Waltons Grove have already been approved by Mt. Juliet’s planning commission and the first set of homes are scheduled to be delivered as early as this November.
Developers are estimated it’ll be another two-and-a-half years before the final phases of Waltons Grove start construction, but the timeline will largely be based on market absorption.
In terms of pricing, it’s expected that most Waltons Grove homes for sale will fall somewhere between $300,000 and $400,000.
