The Nashville skyline is about to get a real boost, as a new mixed-use tower prepares to rise to new heights in the SoBro area. Developers plan to construct what will soon be the city’s second-tallest tower, bringing new retail space, a hotel and luxury condos to the riverfront site.

When finished, the proposal calls for a more than 200 room, five-star hotel, topped by 142 new luxury condos. In addition, the tower will offer around 8,000 square feet of retail space and room to park more than 370 vehicles. The 40-story tower also promises unrestricted river and downtown views, with the upscale luxuries of shared hotel and condo amenities.
