VIBE Townhomes For SaleMore development news was reported today, as the Nashville Post just recently updated us on a brand new row house project dubbed VIBE. Located in East Nashville, the new HV Urban project will be developed on a site along Trinity Lane just one block east of Gallatin Pike and ultimately feature 38 individual residences once completed.

For now, just preliminary work to the building site is underway and groundbreaking for the row homes isn’t scheduled to start until February. Pre-sales for row homes for sale at VIBE, however, will actually begin as early as next month, and with Nashville’s market seemingly as hot as ever and inventory still alarmingly low, interested buyers are already encouraged to move quickly.
