Agent Training Opportunities
The Holt Real Estate Group is dedicated to providing all of its agents with comprehensive training in all aspects of the job, ensuring they have the technical skills, knowledge, and know-how to build their own success. Our high-quality training tools and education are all built upon the nation's most effective sales strategies, current trends, and marketing techniques. Training sessions may be held online or in state-of-the-art classrooms or boardrooms.
Formal classes are held several times a month, and act to guide agents and to build practical skills in: negotiation strategies, social media marketing, lead management, and more. Professional trainers oversee these classes and provide agents with the industry best in knowledge and practices.
In addition to these training opportunities, The Holt Real Estate Group offers a mentorship program which teams innovative, successful, and top producing agents with newer agents. This allows new agents to gain comprehensive hands-on training and apply it in the field.
